Any purchase made in-store between February 1st – March 31st now has an extended 120 day return. Online purchase made between February 1st – May 31st now has 60 days from date of shipment, to be returned. It’s taking a little longer to process items, which may cause a slight delay in refunds returning to your account. GEN Girls, What a wild week it’s been. Although we know our girl is fun, fierce and confident, we wanted to check on you & bring awareness to the current COVID-19 pandemic from our side. We’re making sure we do our part, which means all BCBGeneration shops within Bloomingdales, Hudson Bay, Lord & Taylor and Macy’s will be closed until April 1st, 2020. Our store employees will continue to be paid for their scheduled work hours & staff from our corporate office will work remotely. Have you shopped the site yet?
