Except as noted below, we gladly accept the return of unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise ordered from, in accordance with the policies outlined below.

Items must be returned within 30 days of shipment date. Merchandise purchased from other retailers, including department stores, must be returned to the originating store. Sale merchandise is final sale and is not eligible for return. Price adjustments may be made within 14 days of shipment date.

Once applicable item(s) and reason for return have been provided, you will be able to generate a pre-paid return shipping label for a fee of $7.00 per label, to be deducted from your total refund.


To return an international order, please email with your name, email and order number, noting the items you wish to return, including product number, size and description, to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

You will receive an email with instructions for returning the parcel along with details on the amount you will be refunded. Please allow 24 hours for the prepaid label to be processed and sent via email.

If you choose to return an item, our international shipping partner, Borderfree, will provide you with a refund of the original price paid in the same currency and using the same exchange rate as your original order less the costs of shipping, taxes and duties.
